Lee Thomson

Lee Thomson possesses extensive experience in enhancing visitor experiences within esteemed cultural institutions. As the current Head of Hosted Guest Experience at The National Gallery since January 2025, Lee has successfully led initiatives to elevate guest interactions. Prior to this role, Lee served as the Head of Visitor Experience at Somerset House Trust from January 2017 to January 2025, and as Head of Visitor Services & Sales at the Institute of Contemporary Arts from November 2013 to January 2017. Earlier career positions include Visitor Services Manager and Assistant Manager at Southbank Centre, Assistant Box Office Manager at Jongleurs Ltd, and Customer Services Coordinator at Royal Albert Hall.
