Ivette Davalos

Ivette Davalos has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Ivette began their career at MDM HOTEL GROUP LIMITED in 2004 as a Senior Social Catering Manager at Marriott Miami Dadeland, where they worked until 2008. Ivette then joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as a Senior Social Catering Manager at EPIC Hotel. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Senior Catering Sales Manager at the same property, where they remained until 2017. Starting in 2017, Ivette Davalos joined The National Hotel Miami Beach as a Senior Catering & Conference Service Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Catering & Conference Services. In 2021, they became the Director of Sales & Catering, and in 2023, they assumed the position of Director of Sales and Marketing.

Ivette Davalos attended Miami Coral Park High School from 1994 to 1998, although they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a particular field of study during their time there. In April 2020, they obtained a Hospitality and Tourism Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University. Furthermore, in August 2020, they received certification as a Certified Cvent Supplier Network member from Cvent.
