Alf W. Brandt has extensive experience in various roles related to water law and environmental issues. From serving as a General Counsel to the California State Assembly Speaker to leading the Dividing the Waters Program, Alf W. has been actively involved in developing training programs and legislation on water policy. With a JD in Environmental/Water Law, Alf W. has worked with organizations like the American Bar Association and the National Judicial College to promote judicial independence and impartiality. Alf also has a background in education and advocacy through programs like Operation Protect & Defend and the Delaine Eastin Committee.
