Gayle Williams-Byers

Gayle Williams-Byers is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in judicial education and law. Currently serving as a Judicial Fellow at The National Judicial College since September 2018, Williams-Byers designs and leads courses for judges globally while conducting legal research and authoring scholarly articles. Previously, Williams-Byers served as the Administrative and Presiding Judge for the South Euclid Municipal Court, overseeing trials and fostering community connections. As an Assistant County Prosecutor and General Felony Supervisor, key involvement included the preparation of cases for the Grand Jury. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty at Cuyahoga Community College and Legislative Aide for the United States Senate. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Master of Nonprofit Organizations, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology.
