Toni Boone has extensive experience in the field of administrative law and adjudication, currently serving as Immediate Past President and Conference Chair for the National Association of Hearing Officials Inc. since January 2016. Boone previously held the position of President and Vice President within the organization, focusing on the development and delivery of continuing legal education for administrative adjudicators across various governmental levels. As part of the Teaching Faculty at The National Judicial College since March 2001, Boone prepares instructional materials and delivers presentations for judicial education. Prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Nevada from August 2003 to September 2014 and as an Administrative Hearing Official for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration from October 1986 to August 2003. Boone attended the University of Arkansas for higher education.
