Desmond Musonda is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in investment analysis, risk management, and auditing. Currently serving as an Investments Analyst at the National Pension Scheme Authority since January 2014, Desmond has previously held roles such as Risk & Compliance Officer at Investrust Bank Plc and Internal Auditor at Finance Bank (Z) Plc. Desmond began a career as a Customer Advisor at Barclays Bank Zambia in 2007. Academically, Desmond holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from the University of Zambia, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same institution, and various certificates from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment along with the Zambia College of Pension & Insurance Trust and Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services.
