Ned Campbell has experience in the field of rehabilitation, having served as the Past President of the Virginia Rehabilitation Association (VRA) for The National Rehabilitation Association since 2010. Prior to this role, they worked as an IT Security Analyst for the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) since 1998.
Ned Campbell attended Presbyterian College from 1969 to 1970, and then went on to study at Oglethorpe University from 1970 to 1973. Ned earned a B.A. degree during this time, majoring in Political Science, Public Administration, and History.
