Christine Pearce

Christine Pearce has extensive work experience in the technology and leadership field. Christine started their career at Merrill Lynch in 2010, where they held positions as a Check Authorizations Senior Analyst and later as an Operations Team Lead. In 2014, they joined The National Society of Leadership and Success as a Chapter Support Manager, where they successfully managed chapter operations until 2017. Christine then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, contributing their analytical skills to the organization until 2023. In the same year, they were promoted to Assistant Director of Technology and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Technology.

Christine Pearce earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Rowan University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
