Jessica Hansen, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career in 2002 at Daimler Truck North America, where they held various roles such as Engineering Documentation Analyst, Technical Project Manager, and Change Project Management Supervisor. In 2022, they became the Entire Vehicle Technical Documentation Manager at the company. In 2016, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became The Systems Magician for small businesses under their own name. Jessica also founded Jubilee Collective in 2018. Jessica has also showcased their writing skills as a Published Author for The Resilience Code and an Amazon Best-Selling Author for Magnify Your Masterplan Book. In 2021, they joined The National Society of Leadership and Success as the Director of Project Management. Jessica also worked as an Intuitive Funnel Builder and Systems Magician at www.FunnelAbundance.com from 2017 to 2019.

In 2021, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Finance, also from the University of Phoenix. In 1997-1998, Jessica attended the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh, where they studied Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has acquired various certifications, including Leadership Foundations from LinkedIn, Executive Leadership Certification and Advanced Leadership Certification from The National Society of Leadership and Success, Business Coach Certification (Expert), Lean Management Certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from ExpertRating Inc.
