Tara Crooke

Lead Conservation Surveyor/architect at The National Trust for Scotland

Tara Crooke is an experienced architect specializing in conservation and ecological design, currently serving as a Senior Conservation Surveyor/Architect at the National Trust for Scotland since May 2016. Prior roles include Architect/Regional Surveyor and Architect/Surveyor for the northeast region, as well as sole practitioner at Bothy Architect from 2008 to 2016, focusing on domestic, community, and leisure projects. Tara's earlier experience includes positions as Project Architect at Latham Architects and Hulme Upright. Academically, Tara holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with a focus on Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Robert Gordon University.
