Ingrid Troxler started their work experience in 2006 at Accent DMC, where they worked as a Production Manager until 2009. Ingrid then became a Senior Production Manager until 2010. In 2010, they joined The National WWII Museum as a Senior Events Sales Manager. In 2016, they were promoted to Director of Events Sales at the museum. From July 2019, they took on the role of Associate Vice President of Hospitality Sales at the museum.
