Audrey Epp Schmidt

Audrey Epp Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agroforestry, strategic partnerships, and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as the North America Agroforestry Program Manager at The Nature Conservancy since April 2023, Audrey previously held the position of Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Propagate, where involvement centered around creating an agroforestry platform that supported farmers and ranchers. Additional experience includes roles as Chesapeake Oyster Alliance Manager for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Graduate Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future, and managing various farms and agricultural enterprises. Audrey holds a Master's Degree from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Professional Certificate in Food Hub Management from the University of Vermont.
