Beth Hayden

Project Manager & Program Planning Lead at The Nature Conservancy

Beth Hayden has a solid work history with experience in the non-profit sector. Beth started their career in 1997 as an Office Manager at Minnesota Land Trust, where they handled various responsibilities such as office operations, volunteer management, and event coordination. In 2001, they joined The Nature Conservancy and quickly rose through the ranks, from Campaign Assistant to Deputy Director of Philanthropy. In this role, Beth coordinated department activities, developed and implemented strategies, managed donor engagement, and tracked team goals. Beth is currently working as a Project Manager & Program Planning Lead at The Nature Conservancy, supporting the implementation of innovative projects.

Beth Hayden earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science from the University of Saint Thomas between 1989 and 1994. Beth also completed a Mini-MBA program in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Additionally, Beth attended Pacelli High School.
