Bianca Shead

Bianca Shead has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bianca started their career in 2003 at Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd, where they worked as a Communications Manager and later as a Brand Manager for Coors Light. In 2008, they joined SABMiller as the Sustainable Development Media Relations Manager, focusing on water efficiency and agricultural value chains in developing markets. Bianca then took on roles such as Co-Head of Public Affairs in Europe and Global Lead for Sustainable Development Advocacy and Policy. In 2016, they became the Group Corporate Affairs Director at Asahi Europe before joining The Nature Conservancy in 2019 as the Interim Director of Global Communications.
