Blake Iba

Blake Iba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in collaboration services and technology solutions, currently serving as the Director of Collaboration Services & Modern Workforce Enablement at The Nature Conservancy since April 2004. In this role, Blake plays a critical part in enhancing collaboration technology to foster a modern workforce environment using Microsoft 365 and various collaboration tools. Previous positions at The Nature Conservancy include Associate Director of Collaboration Services and Senior Business Analyst, where Blake focused on intranet platform management, technology adoption, and business solutions for conservation efforts. Before joining The Nature Conservancy, Blake was the Founder and CEO of Interactive Associates, overseeing operations and client relationships with notable organizations. Additionally, experience as a Public Relations/Events Coordinator for Big Brothers and Sisters involved managing fundraising events and public outreach. Blake holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Implementation from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Texas Christian University.
