Kate Ellenbaum

Kate Ellenbaum is an experienced recruiting professional with significant expertise in talent acquisition across various sectors, including nonprofit, climate tech, SaaS, and advertising. Currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at The Nature Conservancy, Kate focuses on global environmental initiatives. Previously, Kate held leadership roles in recruiting at Sealed, where efforts included establishing an internal recruitment function, and Elastic, contributing to substantial company growth during its IPO preparation.
