Katherine Chaston Radway is a seasoned professional in conservation and environmental management, currently serving as the Program Manager for Gender Equitable Conservation at The Nature Conservancy since August 2022. With a focus on integrating equity into global conservation and climate initiatives, Katherine supports the advancement of gender and Indigenous partnerships. Previously, as the Equitable Conservation Manager for the Asia Pacific at the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, Katherine was involved in the Resilient Reefs Initiative, collaborating on climate change responses with diverse organizations. Katherine's extensive experience includes roles such as Project Manager for Traditional Owner Partnerships, Pacific Ocean Governance Advisor, and Technical Advisor, alongside a strong academic background with a PhD in Botany from The University of Queensland.
