Kirthika J Padmanabhan

Kirthika J Padmanabhan is an experienced professional currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at The Nature Conservancy and as Principal at Climate Capital, both positions held since May and July 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Kirthika worked as Co-pilot/COO at X, the moonshot factory, focusing on operations and strategy within an early-stage startup emphasizing climate and sustainability initiatives from January 2020 to March 2024. Kirthika's previous experience includes leadership roles at Google and YouTube, such as Head of Customer Success and Sales Strategy, as well as a robust background in data analysis and software engineering from early career positions at Northwestern Medicine and D.E.Shaw & Co. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management & Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
