Scott Scharphorn

Scott Scharphorn currently serves as the Financial Reporting Manager at The Nature Conservancy, beginning in September 2023. Previously, Scott held the position of Financial Operations Manager at 32BJ SEIU from March 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included evaluating financial systems and processes to support growth. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Reporting Manager and Senior Accountant for Success Academy Charter Schools from November 2017 to March 2022, and various accounting positions at Grubhub, Seamless.com, and Bank of America. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Hofstra University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
