Sofia Leon

Sofia Leon serves as the Climate Innovation & Fundraising Lead at The Nature Conservancy, with a career spanning multiple roles including Associate Director of Philanthropy, Donor Relations Manager, and Loyal Donor Officer since November 2017. Prior experience includes positions as a Public Information Officer at Infinite Source Communications Group and Resource Mobilization Coordinator at Plan Peru, where key responsibilities involved developing funding proposals and fundraising strategies. Sofia also contributed as a Communications and Development Officer at A Rocha and held various roles in public relations, community representation, and marketing across other organizations.
