Rachel Struna is the Chief Operating Officer at The Nav Agency and AptAmigo. With a background in event coordination, communications, and salon management, Rachel has a strong foundation in organizational leadership. With experience in managing conferences, coordinating special events, and leading a team of stylists, Rachel brings a diverse skill set to their current role as COO. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
