Becky Neumann

Becky Neumann serves as the National Support Ministries Chief of Staff at The Navigators since August 2002, providing high-level support to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration by advising on strategic priorities, addressing outstanding issues, and streamlining communication. Previously, Becky held roles as Project Manager, leading the execution of organizational projects and team management, and as Executive Assistant to the U.S. President/CEO, ensuring operational success. Becky's early career included serving as an Administrative Assistant/Campus Minister, where responsibilities included event planning and student mentorship, as well as an internship in Management Engineering at Banner Health, focusing on audits and database management. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Music Minor from the University of Northern Colorado.
