Carolyn Kellam

Carolyn Kellam currently serves as Manager of Staff Funding and Manager of Veteran Staff Funding at The Navigators, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked as Collegiate Field Staff and with the EDGE Corps at The Navigators from April 2016 to June 2021, where support was provided to students at the University of Wyoming, University of Colorado at Boulder, and Colorado School of Mines, utilizing Biblical principles to navigate life challenges. Carolyn is also the Founder and CEO of Kolton's Karnival Ltd., a non-profit organization aimed at assisting families facing financial struggles due to children's illnesses or injuries. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Teacher with Laramie County School District #1, Supplemental Instruction Leader at the University of Wyoming, Guest Relations Specialist at Kampgrounds of America, Inc., and Paralegal at Peasley Law Office. Carolyn Kellam is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at The Johns Hopkins University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Political Science and History from the University of Wyoming.
