Debi Zaas

Debi Zaas has extensive experience in life and leadership coaching, serving as the Director of Life and Leadership Coaching at Navigator Church Ministries since September 2012. In this role, Debi provides training for NCM Coaches, oversees the certification program, and offers mentor coaching for coaches at all levels, in addition to working closely with pastors and ministry leaders. Debi is also an NCM Coach and Ministry member of the National Coaching & Leadership Team, focusing on administration and training while coaching women ministry leaders, pastors, and their spouses. As the owner of 3D Life Coaching, Debi specializes in Christian life and leadership coaching, particularly for women navigating life's transitions. Debi holds multiple certifications and degrees, including a Master's in Sports Psychology from the University of Maryland and certifications from international coaching organizations.
