Keri A. Flanagan

Keri A. Flanagan is an experienced insurance professional with a background in casualty claims examination and multi-line claims management. Currently serving as a Casualty Claims Examiner at The Norfolk & Dedham Group since January 2021, Keri specializes in casualty claims. Previously, from August 2017 to January 2021, Keri held the position of Claims Management Specialist at Selective Insurance, acting as a field representative. Keri's extensive experience also includes a tenure at NJM Insurance Group, where roles included Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster and Auto Damage Adjuster from June 2003 to August 2017. Keri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University and an Associate degree in insurance claims from The Institutes.
