Like Kilimanjaro, Africa's Sovereign Development Trust® rises from the continent's own soil, carrying its own authority. The Ndege Group® is the institutional mechanism through which the African Federation Treaty Framework© moves from document into operation, and from vision into the kind of infrastructure that outlasts the people who built it.

FOUNDATIONAL ARCHITECTURE

Africa holds $29.5 trillion in continental mineral equity, of which $8.6 trillion remains undeveloped. The AFTF© v3.1,
authored by David Okiki Amayo Jr., transforms that endowment from a legacy extraction model into a high-fidelity sovereign
ecosystem. Validated by sixteen African ministers and four African heads of state. Ten nations at the Sandton Symposium 2025. EUR 2.25B active of a EUR 362.6B 2025–2035 portfolio. DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18365997

THE ECOSYSTEM UNDER ESTABLISHMENT

The Pan African Court℠ governs the continental mandate through algorithmic jurisprudence on OmniGaza®: Africa's
quantum-resistant sovereign blockchain, 3,571 transactions per second, two-second finality, KIPI No. 138985, and sovereign alternative to SWIFT, the Bank for International Settlements, Palantir, and Amazon Web Services. The Central Bank of Africa℠ holds the mineral-backed monetary architecture, with Ndege Money© in live testing as the continental Afriq testbed. The United African Defence Force℠ holds the continental security mandate.

Ndege Aerospace© commands its civil aviation, telecommunications, and orbital infrastructure. Ndege MarketPlace© delivers sovereign blockchain commerce, in Beta through July 2027. The Ndege Foundation© carries conservation, development finance, and the Daudi Mutuku Fund for Education©, because sovereignty without the next generation is architecture without a future.

The African Charter© and its seven tenets govern every entity, every mandate, and every transaction.

Sovereignty, built as infrastructure.
