Javier A Solis is currently the Corporate Engineering Manager at The Nearshore Company, overseeing various functions related to manufacturing facilities. Prior to this, Javier worked as ILVS Production Supervisor at CK Technologies, LLC and as Tooling Manager at Delphi. With a background in Industrial Design and an MBA, Javier has a wealth of experience in areas such as material savings projects, design and improvement of plastic molds, and mechanical design for automotive audio systems. Throughout their career, Javier has worked with clients such as BMW, VW, Honda, GM, and more.
