Adrian Santos is a seasoned professional in the hospitality sector with extensive experience in catering and food and beverage management. Currently serving as Catering Key Account Manager at The NEC in Birmingham since October 2021, Adrian previously held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre from January 2019 to October 2021, and at The ICC Birmingham from February 2011 to January 2019. Earlier career roles include Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager and Team Leader Conference and Banqueting at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from 2007 to 2011.
