Evan Goldman

Evan Goldman has worked in various roles within the real estate industry. Evan started their career as an Associate at Tishman Speyer in 2002 and worked until 2003. From 2004 to 2008, they served as Vice President at Holladay Corporation. In 2008, they joined Federal Realty Investment Trust as Vice President of Development and worked until 2015. Evan then joined EYA, LLC and held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions and Development from 2015. Evan was later promoted to Executive Vice President - Development and Acquisitions in February 2019.

Evan Goldman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Cornell University, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate at The Wharton School, from 2000 to 2002.
