McLean Quinn

McLean Quinn is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the residential and mixed-use development sectors. As President & Chief Executive Officer of EYA, LLC since August 2011, McLean has led teams in sourcing, underwriting, and executing infill development projects, overseeing contract negotiations, due diligence, and entitlement processes. Prior roles include positions as a Summer Associate at EYA and Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where McLean focused on underwriting real estate investments for a significant private equity fund, as well as a Private Equity Associate at Pamlico Capital managing diverse portfolio companies. McLean's career began as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wachovia Securities, providing strategic advisory and financing solutions in the homebuilding and industrial sectors. McLean holds an MBA with Distinction in Real Estate Management and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Political Science from Davidson College.
