Tom Gerlach is an experienced Plumbing Estimator and Pre-Construction professional with a career spanning over two decades in the plumbing industry. Currently employed at The Nelson Stark Company since April 2019, Tom has previously held similar roles at Thomas J. Dyer Company, Lake Plumbing, and other organizations. Expertise includes developing commercial plumbing estimates for large-scale construction projects, particularly in hospital and medical facilities. Tom has a strong background in project management, contract negotiations, and the implementation of estimation software, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of estimating processes.
