Frode Lukassen has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Frode is currently the Sales Director Scandinavia at Nemko, a position they have held since October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Country Manager for Global Shared Delivery (GSD) from October 2015 to October 2018. Before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Frode worked at HP in various roles including Country Manager for Global Support Delivery (GSD) from January 2013 to October 2015. Frode also worked as a District Manager, Business Manager, Alliance Manager, and Account Manager in different industries during their time at HP. Frode began their career as a Sales Trainee at HP in November 1995.

Frode Lukassen's education history includes completing a Master of Management degree in Customer Relationship Management/Service management at BI Norwegian Business School from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, Frode attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) where they obtained a MsC. degree in Industrial engineering. In 1989, they studied Philosophy at the University of Oslo (UiO) and completed a course called Ex. Phil. Lastly, Frode attended Hamar Katedralskole from 1985 to 1988, although no specific degree or field of study information was provided for this period.

Additionally, Frode has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2009, they received the ITIL v3 Service Strategy certification from the Examination Institute for Information Science. In 2007, Frode obtained both the COBIT Foundation Certificate from ISACA and the ITIL v3 Foundation Examination certification from the Examination Institute for Information Science.
