Nancy Tran has a strong background in sales and management, with a focus on international markets. Nancy began their career as a Sr. Loan Officer at Accredited Home Lenders, where they ranked as the top sales executive nationwide for three consecutive years. Since 2008, they have been with Nemko USA, Inc. in various roles. Nancy started as an Account Manager, where they consulted electronic and electrical manufacturers on compliance testing and certifications. Nancy then became the Sales and Operations Manager, where they established pricing models and managed recruitment and personnel development. After that, they led the International Market Access Program as the Manager, driving continuous improvement in the international certification process and establishing positive relationships with regulatory authorities. Their most recent role at Nemko USA, Inc. is Director of Sales, where they lead the San Diego and Austin sales teams, monitors competitor services and pricing strategies, and manages sales process optimization. Throughout their career, Nancy has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction and business growth.
