Haylee Marcuccio

Haylee Marcuccio has a diverse and extensive work experience in the early childhood education field. Starting in 1997, they co-founded and owned Joni's Child Care & Preschool, where they served as the Director and later as the Regional Director until 2018. Haylee'sresponsibilities included managing multiple centers, ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing curriculum, and overseeing staff development.

In 2018, Haylee joined Cadence Education as an Area Director, where they continued to demonstrate their leadership skills and operational expertise. Haylee was later promoted to Regional Director, overseeing the success of 21 child care programs across three states. In this role, they managed a large team and supported professional development initiatives for new directors and managers.

Haylee's dedication to the field led their to join CT Early Childhood Education as a Consultant in 2002, where they provided guidance and support to early childhood programs in Connecticut.

Currently, Haylee holds the position of Vice President of Operations at The Nest Schools (starting in 2022) and will take on the role of Senior Vice President & Head of Operations in 2023.

Haylee Marcuccio obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from The College of New Jersey in 1993. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Head Teacher Certificate from the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) in June 1998 and a CT Early Childhood Education Consultant certification from the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) in March 2001.
