Anne Kuschel is currently a researcher at The Netherlands Institute for Social Research (SCP) since December 2022. Prior to this role, Anne completed a PhD at the University of Groningen from October 2017 to December 2022, focusing on the sustainable labor market integration of first-generation migrant groups as part of the SCOOP program. Anne's experience includes serving as a member of the BSS faculty council at the University of Groningen, working as a performance data analyst for the Olympic Committee Luxembourg, and holding various student assistant positions. Anne holds a Master of Science in Applied Social Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Groningen, as well as an Abitur from Celtis Gymnasium Schweinfurt.
