Ans Merens

Ans Merens is a seasoned scientific researcher at the Netherlands Institute for Social Research, specializing in labor market and emancipation studies since 1993, with a focus on the underrepresentation of women in management roles. Additionally, Ans serves as a member of the working group for the European Gender Equality Index at the European Institute for Gender Equality, providing expertise on the development of this important index.
