Since founding Juniper Sport in January 2008, McMahon has established a successful sports marketing agency. Additionally, McMahon serves as a Consultant for Sport PR & Sponsorship at The Network (powered by iMedia) since February 2021, providing expertise in marketing and communication within the realms of sport and entertainment. Prior to these roles, McMahon was the Managing Director at Bell Pottinger Sport and Sponsorship from September 1998 until December 2007.
