Jacob Townsend is a Surgical Precertification Specialist at The NeuroMedical Center Clinic since August 2020, where responsibilities include liaising with insurance companies to ensure authorization of surgical, pain, and radiological procedures and facilitating payment for doctors. Previously, Jacob served as a Concierge at Ochsner Health from July 2019 to August 2020, assisting elderly patients with transportation to appointments and ensuring their safety. Jacob also has extensive experience as a Shift Manager at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers from May 2008 to July 2019, focusing on operational management, training, and customer service. Jacob holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Baton Rouge Community College, earned between 2010 and 2016.
