Branko Huisa

Branko Huisa is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Medical Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Neuron Clinic since May 2019, providing high-quality neurological care in Southern California. Prior experience includes serving as the ADCS Drug Safety Physician and Director of the UCSD Stroke Fellowship at UC San Diego from May 2016 to December 2021, along with faculty positions at both UC Irvine and The University of New Mexico, where Branko held the role of Assistant Professor and directed the Stroke Center. Branko completed a Vascular Neurology Residency at UC San Diego and a Neurology Residency at The University of New Mexico, following an Internal Medicine Residency at The University of New Mexico. Branko earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.
