Josie Duchow

Josephine Duchow is currently a Summer Analyst at WPT Capital Advisors, having begun in June 2024. Prior experience includes a Development Intern role at The Neutral Project, where responsibilities encompassed assisting in the development of over 700 residential and retail units, conducting market research, and leading a post-mortem case study on multifamily development sustainability. Previous positions also include serving as a McBurney Ambassador, providing support for first-year students with disabilities, and working as a Floating Customer Service Representative at Bank Five Nine, focusing on account maintenance and customer service. Josephine is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to graduate in May 2025.
