Jack Hall

Jack Hall currently serves as the Head of Upper School at The New Community School since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jack held positions at CarterBaldwin Executive Search as a Strategic Advisor and Partner from June 2022 to July 2025. Jack's extensive experience in educational leadership includes serving as the Head of School at The Walker School from July 2011 to June 2022 and as Head of School at Augusta Preparatory Day School from July 1999 to June 2011. Additionally, Jack contributed to The Stony Brook School as Board Chair and Trustee from January 2005 to January 2015. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree from Davidson College and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University.
