David Bobeldijk

David Bobeldijk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and organizational psychology. Since November 2005, David has served as a co-owner of The New Crew, which specializes in matching young graduates with organizations based on motivation and personality while also focusing on their personal development. In addition, David works as an Interim Recruitment Manager for Walt Wonder Schmidt and GP Elite, and is the founder of Viernes, focusing on networking strategies for entrepreneurs. Through David Bobeldijk - Training en advies, workshops, training sessions, and lectures are facilitated to enhance energy and collaboration among colleagues of different generations. David also initiated Generatiewerk to promote awareness of generational differences. David holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam.
