Melle Powers

Melle Powers is a seasoned facilitator and trainer at Bizprov, Inc., specializing in experiential workshops that enhance communication skills through Improv principles since March 2022. Powers is the Principal of Powerful Communications, LLC, and serves as a Training Facilitator for Dramatic Resources, employing interactive theater and role-playing to coach clients on delivering feedback and navigating difficult conversations. Additionally, Powers contributes to the Inclusion Allies Coalition as a member of the Planning Committee, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Empowering narratives also define Powers’s role as a Teaching Artist for The Moth and as a professional actor with Actors' Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA, with extensive experience in theater, commercials, and original productions. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Fine Arts from New York University, certification as a Diversity Professional, and completion of train-the-trainer programs.
