The New Perspective

Are you responsible for change, process improvement, strategy creation/delivery, output, profitability or people development? The New Perspective offers a free review of your strategies, processes and engagement methods to identify if there are opportunities to improve in a demonstrable way - delivering results, with a clear return on investment. As a student of one of the leading Business Schools in Europe, (Vlerick Business School in Belgium) and a beneficiary of the Leadership in Management course delivered by the Leadership Trust, I have developed sound business principles and have the methods to communicate them. Coupled with a slightly unorthodox foundation which I gained during my five years of service as a Royal Marines Commando, has given me a rounded knowledge of the business world and how to identify improvements. This unusual start for a career in business gave me a platform that I couldn't have found anywhere else. Teamwork, discipline, cheerfulness in the face of adversity and a method of communicating with a spectrum of different characters that you would have to meet to believe. This period of my life built my character and made me appreciate the diversity our country offers and how important it is to get to know people and their drivers. There is nothing more important than gaining a true understanding. That being the case, when I partner with a company I conduct a thorough consultation with the relevant people to help me understand their needs and how I can have the greatest impact. This is done without cost, because why should you pay for something that may not be right for your business. Only then can I make proposal that identifies potential gaps and opportunities, coupled with a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with timelines, milestones, cost analysis, and a schedule.
