Fran Forte

Fran Forte has been working in the publishing industry for over 30 years. Fran started their career as a Production Manager at Henry Holt & Company in 1989. Fran then went on to work as a Senior Production Manager at Bantam, Doubleday, Dell, Inc. from 1990-1997. In 1997, they became the Title Administration S.A.P. R/3 at Bantam, Doubleday, Dell, Inc. and held that position until they left the company in October of that year. Fran then took on the role of Production Supervisor at Random House, Audio, Inc. from November 1987 until April 1989. After that, they became the Catalog Supervisor and Book Supervisor at Crown Publishers, Inc. until they left the company in November 1987. In their current role as Senior Director of Production at The New Press, Fran oversees all aspects of production for the company's books.
