Gersende Chevalier

Gersende Chevalier is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Interior Design at Parsons School of Design since June 2018, where contributions include developing studio curriculum and fostering creative learning through collaboration. As Head of Interiors at Studio CAHS from January 2021 to July 2024, responsibilities encompassed overseeing design project operations, building client relations, and enhancing team motivation through benefit strategies. Previous experience includes project management at Rockwell Group, where Gersende worked on various spaces within the Boca Raton Club, and several design roles at nemaworkshop and Raad Studio that involved detailed design tasks and client projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in History of Art from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design and a certificate in Environmental Justice from The New School.
