Monclas Noel

Monclas Noel has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they served as the Director of Safety and Security at The New Terminal One at JFK starting in 2024. Prior to this role, they held various positions at LaGuardia Gateway Partners, including Senior Manager of Safety & Security, Manager of Security, Compliance, and Training, Manager of Operational Standards, Security & Training, and Operations Manager. Before that, they worked as a Senior Training/Operations Manager at CinqTech, Inc. from 2009 to 2016. Additionally, they gained extensive experience at JetBlue Airways, where they held roles such as Evaluator of System Safety, Auditor of Safety and Compliance, Analyst of System Ground Operations, and Supervisor of Customer Service Training. Monclas also had a role in Operations at American Trans Air from 1999 to 2000, where they performed various tasks related to customer service, baggage handling, and ground security coordination.

Monclas Noel, ACE began their education in 1992 at Kingsborough Community College, where they studied Engineering Science until 1994. Later, from 1994 to 1997, they attended New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, focusing on Computer Science. In 2008, they enrolled in Kaplan University, where they pursued Network Security until 2010. Alongside their education, Monclas has obtained various certifications, such as the Airport Certified Employee - Security from AAAE in 2019 and the General Industry Safety and Health certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in 2010.
