Operations and Project Management

The Operations and Project Management team at The New Terminal One at JFK International Airport is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of terminal construction and renovation projects. This includes managing structural integrity, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, overseeing landside and airside roadway designs, and aligning all activities with the strategic objectives set by the Vice President of Operations.
