Erin Mercer

Erin Mercer is a seasoned professional in social media and content strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager at The New York Racing Association since March 2023. Prior to this, Erin held the role of Social Media & CRM Manager at Atlantic Cape Community College from November 2018 to March 2023, focusing on social media strategy and content analytics across various platforms to enhance the college's branding. Earlier experience includes positions as Social Media/Communications Manager at Rowan College of South Jersey and Social Media Manager at Mainspring Digital Marketing, where Erin developed strategies to boost brand awareness and sales for various clients. Additionally, as Social Media & Direct Mail Coordinator at Golden Nugget Atlantic City, Erin executed social media campaigns and promotional strategies. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Stockton University, with prior education at the University of Alberta and William Paterson University of New Jersey.
