Matt Parmenter is an experienced professional in the sports and event management industry, currently serving as an Account Executive at The New York Racing Association since January 2022. Previous roles include working as a Loader/Unloader at Cintas and managing turf and racing operations at NYRA’s Saratoga Race Course from 2015 to 2021. Parmenter also gained experience in ticket sales and business development as an intern with the Albany Empire and was involved in event management as a statistician during a practicum at the State University of New York at Cortland. Other positions include assisting a driver at UPS and packaging batteries for Energizer Battery Company. Parmenter holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland and Sacred Heart University.
